I'm a Pracademic bridging the gap between academia and practice to create a more sustainable business world.
My mission is to help companies bridge purpose and profit. I do this by designing strategies and structures that make sustainability part of everyday business, because I believe companies are not only market participants but also agents of change.
I'm a fully qualified lawyer and PhD researcher at the University of Hamburg, where I focus on Corporate Purpose as a management concept. My interdisciplinary work asks what makes companies genuinely purpose-driven and what this means for law and governance. Alongside research, I teach, speak at international events, and design seminars, always with the goal of connecting ideas and building bridges.
I am open to collaborations and career opportunities that foster sustainable growth. This includes research-driven advisory support, workshops, speeches, panel contributions, and leadership pathways in purpose-driven organizations.
